How to take your measurements Description: Dance your way through Underland in this toddler tutu Alice costume! It consists of a light blue leotard with short sleeves that is made from a stretchable polyester and spandex blend. The light blue tutu skirt has several layers of ruffled tulle and a comfortable elastic waist. Over these pieces slip on the white apron for a classic Alice look. The apron has ruffles on the shoulders, black ribbon trim along the edges and ties in the back to secure it. Top off the entire outfit with the included black headband with a black bow attached.
